I've been looking at a lot of project mgmt systems and really like the ones that adapt the David Allen's GTD System where you look at a pool of tasks (can be from different projects), and you drag and drop them in the order that you'd like to complete them not necessarily by their due date.

Also, not all tasks have to belong to a project so just having the ability to add a task on every page and optionally attaching it to a project would be great. If your system had the ability to attach files to a task, and drag/drop ordering of tasks, i'd leave the current systems i'm using and jump on board. Great app.

You have absolutely the best product, but it is missing two great features! We need to be able to create tasks that recur (say a task to remind us to generate a monthly invoice for a client every month) AND we need to be able to have the option to have one task begin once a different task has been completed. So, like others have done, maybe have a spot in the add a task screen next to start date that says start when... and a dropdown box that lists other project associated tasks ..... is complete. This would help a ton when planning large projects over a large group of people with flexible deadlines.

Do you also have tasks that need to get done each day/week/month, by you or someone in your team? Would it be a relief to always know they have been done?

Well you get it, I think it would be great to have the ability in Projecturf to create repeating tasks. You'll never forget a process, always have an overview of all company tasks and it's also a great feeling to check off those weekly tasks.

"All invoices have been paid/sent, we checked our customer feedback inbox today, and quarterly taxes have been paid.. Great we are fully on track with all operations, and can now progress that exciting new project".

The solution for Getting Things Done company wide?
